As a Seasonal Pool Supervisor, you will work at our incredible 9thfloor outdoor pool with amazing downtown views, greeting guests and recommending and serving our finest food and beverage creations while providing 5-star service and creating an unforgettable experience. This role will improve service by communicating and assisting individuals to understand guest needs, providing guidance, feedback, and individual coaching when needed. • Handles guest problems and complaints. • Establishes and maintains open, collaborative relationships with Colleagues and ensures Colleagues do the same within the team. Please note that this is a seasonal position from mid-April to mid-October. Dates may vary depending on business levels and weather. Qualifications
Qualifications - External • Minimum of two years of bar or restaurant supervisory experience, preferably in a luxury setting • Should possess a strong knowledge of liquor, beer and wine. • Ability to lift/carry weight up to 50 pounds with or without reasonable accommodations. • Display professional conduct, sound judgment, the highest level of professional integrity, and a strong work ethic.
