A Stewarding Supervisor's responsibilities include working as a team leader to ensure the delivery of food to banquet functions and supervising the overall kitchen sanitation process and procedures, including but not limited to quality and consistent production of all china, glassware, and silverware operations. Must have open availability and be able to work a flexible schedule, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
