FULL JOB DESCRIPTION:

JOB SUMMARY:

The Restuarant Cook will be able to perforn day to day operations of the cook line to include grill cook, egg station, fryers, expo. You will be rsponsible for proper food presenation per the brand standard, proper food handling per food guidelines, proper preperation, handling ans storage of any and all foods. Provide consistent and excellent customer service at all times. Be able to work in an open kitchen where guest can see you cooking at all times, work along with other teammates. 

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Report to work on time in clean and proper uniform
• Greet customers with a smile and be courtious at all times
• Prepare food in a timely manner once the order is placed per HUddle House brand standard
• Complete all postion check lists for each shift 
• Know the menu, daily features and they are prepared and presented as per the brand standard
• Practice all rules for food safety and food handling at all times
• Perform Prepping and cleaning duties as assigned to the shift
• Make a diffrence in food cost by controlling food waste and portion control

QULIFICATIONS:

• Ability to communicate effectively with all restaurant staff
• 18 years or older
• Complete a background check for consideration for employment
• Comply and follow all food safety steps while handling food
• Have a "CAN DO" Attitude and willingness to be attentive and productive

COMPENSATION: $12.00 to start depending on experience

JOB TYPES: Full and Part Time Positions Available

• Monday to Sunday
• Weekends are a must
