Switzerland Inn is looking for a Kitchen Supervisor for the upcoming season. This position will be responsible for inventory management and ordering along with working in a production capacity. Additional responsibilities include ensuring food is made to the recipe; addressing guest needs; directing the kitchen staff; and Manager on Duty responsibilities. If you have at least one year of experience working in a high-volume restaurant and managing others, understand the importance of quality food, and understand and know food inventory and controls, then this could be the job for you.
