YOUR LIFE AS A KITCHEN SUPERVISOR

In this position, you play a vital role in the success of our kitchen. You manage a team of employees, ensuring that all tasks are delegated appropriately. Detail-oriented, you create the schedule each week according to the needs of the restaurant and the availability of each employee. You assist with managing our costs and inventory, making sure our kitchen is fully stocked. Additionally, you help train new and current employees. Before food is served to the customers, you ensure that each plate meets our standards for quality. You also manage our cleaning schedule. With you leading the team our restaurant thrives!

WHAT WE NEED FROM OUR KITCHEN SUPERVISOR

• 3+ years of experience running a kitchen
• Experience running a Thai or Asian kitchen
• Basic computer proficiency
