Responsibilities
• Consistently offer professional, engaging, and friendly service. • Clear hallways and guest rooms of dirty Food and Beverage items. • Assist servers in table setup and clearing. • Deliver and refresh guest amenities as needed. • Replenish clean linens and food supplies. • Clean and polish IRD tables, hot boxes, refrigerators, coffee urns, and maintain cleanliness of the IRD department area. • May run errands and deliver food orders. • Adhere to hotel safety rules and regulations. • Perform other assigned duties.
Requirements
• Previous experience is an asset. • Ability to deliver engaging guest service. • Physically able to stand and walk throughout the shift. • Able to lift and carry items up to 50lbs. • Skilled in using hands and fingers. • Capable of following oral or written instructions. • Must have proof of eligibility to work in the United States.
