Job Description - Lead Restaurant Trainer

We’re seeking a Direct Hire Head Trainer for an Asian franchise restaurant located in Woodland Hills, CA. Requirements:

· Head Trainer will drive the training strategy, enhance employee skills, and contribute to the overall success of the organization.

· Maintain and improve on comprehensive training programs for all levels of restaurant staff.

· Ensure training materials and content are up-to-date and aligned with company standards.

· Lead the implementation of new training technologies and methodologies to enhance learning.

· Recruit, train, and develop the training team.

· Provide coaching and mentorship to trainers to improve training delivery and effectiveness.

· Monitor and evaluate the performance of trainers and make necessary improvements

· Conduct regular assessments and audits of training programs to maintain quality and consistency.

· Implement corrective actions as needed to address training deficiencies.

· Ensure that training programs align with industry best practices and regulations.

· Deliver training sessions to employees at all levels, ensuring understanding and retention of training material.

· Facilitate training sessions both in-person and remotely.

· Maintain accurate records of training activities, including attendance and performance evaluations.

· Prepare reports on training effectiveness and recommend improvements.

· Bachelor’s degree preferred; equivalent experience may be considered in lieu of formal education.

· Minimum of 5 years of experience in training and development, preferably in the restaurant industry.

· Strong leadership and team management skills.

· Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

· Food Handling Certification Required

· Ability to travel is REQUIRED (Primarily travel to restaurants in the area)

· Training will be conducted in Singapore for 6-8 weeks

· Salary: $75,000 -85,000k a year + full benefits
