WHO IS NACHO MAMA'S?

In 1994, a crazy Irishman named Scunny decided to open a Mexican restaurant in a Polish neighborhood. With only enough money to open a pizza shop, he birthed the Pizza and Wing Factory. Eventually, the vacant lot next door became the space for Mama's Nachos! We are an eclectic and super fun restaurant famously known as "Where East Bawmer meets Mexico." Our hot spot has become a household name for affordable and delicious Tex-Mex food along with incredible pizzas, meaty wings, and a whole lotta burritos. We sell more than food - we sell fun!

WHAT'S YOUR RECIPE?

We have both full- and part-time openings for this entry-level cooking job. Our business has day and evening shifts available.

As a full- or part-time Line Cook - Prep Cook, you help our chefs create delicious dishes for our hungry guests! Working quickly but safely, you prep food orders from our extensive menu. Your shift flies by as you chop cilantro for heavenly tacos, lovingly crumble blue cheese on salads, and absolutely smother fries in cheese, bacon, and jalapenos. You know that Nacho Mama's has an epic reputation to uphold, so you make sure that each dish is an edible work of art before sending it out.

As a food service worker, you understand that keeping the kitchen clean is an absolute must. Your workstation is always organized, and you follow all hygiene and food safety regulations. Although our kitchen is busy, the vibe is low-key, and you enjoy working with a tight-knit kitchen crew that wants to help you learn and grow. You love working at one of Baltimore's favorite hot spots, and you're excited to gain valuable skills in the food service industry !
