Job Summary

Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced manager to oversee the operations of our prestigious Founders Rooms. The ideal candidate will have 5 to 7 years of fine dining experience with a proven track record of excellence in hospitality management. This position requires strong leadership skills, impeccable attention to detail, and a passion for delivering exceptional service.

Responsibilities:

• Manage all aspects of the Founders Rooms, including staffing, scheduling, and training of service staff.
• Ensure smooth and efficient operations during service hours, maintaining high standards of service quality and guest satisfaction.
• Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) to streamline operations and enhance the guest experience.
• Oversee inventory management, including ordering and stock control of food, beverages, and supplies.
• Utilize expertise in wine and beverage knowledge to curate and develop an exceptional beverage program that complements the menu offerings and appeals to the preferences of our clientele.
• Collaborate closely with the Music Center Founders team to coordinate special events and activities, ensuring seamless integration with overall venue operations.
• Monitor and maintain compliance with health and safety regulations and sanitation standards.
• Handle guest inquiries, feedback, and complaints in a professional and timely manner, striving to exceed guest expectations.
• Conduct regular staff meetings and training sessions to ensure staff are knowledgeable and empowered to deliver exceptional service.
• Foster a positive and inclusive work environment, promoting teamwork, morale, and professional development among staff members.

Short Description

Qualifications:

• 5 to 7 years of experience in fine dining management, with a strong emphasis on wine and beverage knowledge.
• Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team to achieve excellence.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with guests, staff, and management.
• Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
• Extensive knowledge of food and beverage operations, including wine, spirits, beer, and cocktail service.
• Proficiency in Office computer systems and POS (Aloha) software.
• Flexible schedule to include evenings, weekends, and holidays as business dictates.
• Certification in hospitality management or related field is a plus.
