Job Summary

MGR, REPORTING & ANALYSIS – Foodbuy is a key role within the Business Analytics Reporting department with a focus on reporting solutions for the different functions within the team. The position will require substantial business/financial/technical acumen with the ability to analyze large amounts of data properly and creatively to understand problems, anticipate needs and proactively address these needs. This position will enhance data processes and workflows to eliminate gaps and create management reports. Position will be a key consultant for go-forward solutions. This position also serves as a technology lead for advanced reporting tools and is responsible for maintaining and enhancing the related databases that allow for improved analyses, process efficiencies, and continued financial accuracy for the team functions. This position reports to VP of Business Analytics & Reporting 

Responsibilities

• Develop reporting and automation for Business Analytics & Reporting 
• Manage assigned reports, dashboards, platforms and other associated technology solutions, process design, implementation, maintenance.
• Create, enhance, and maintain datasets from multiple sources, dashboards, and advanced data visualizations.
• Increase the broader team's knowledge of technology solutions by leading development sessions as a technology subject matter expert.
• Assist with special projects as needed.
• Assist with ad hoc reports and analysis.
• Continuously identify and implement efficiency enhancements and report improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in Business, Data Science, or related degree
• 5+yrs Business Analytics Reporting experience; including Coding/System Development experience. 
• Proficiency in SQL, Microsoft Power platform/Fabric, and strong Excel skills 
• Proficiency in data manipulation and engineering with tools such as Jupyter, Python, and R, enabling the handling of complex data tasks efficiently.
• Demonstrated excellence in data visualization and modeling, particularly with Power BI, to communicate insights effectively.
• Robust experience in the end-to-end data process: from identifying and gathering data to transforming and analyzing it across various database platforms and storage systems.
• Ability to stay current on data management and reporting technologies.
• Excellent problem-solving, process improvement and analytical skills
• Strong interpersonal, leadership and communication skill
• Ability to constantly monitor and adjust priorities.
• Team player in a fast paced, deadline driven environment.
• Ability to influence results when no direct authority exists.
• Highly organized
• Proven ability to execute plans against timelines.
• Experience participating in (or leading) process improvement projects and/or system implementations.
