ABOUT ACCEL ENTERTAINMENT
Accel Entertainment is the largest Gaming Terminal Operator in the country. We provide slot machines, redemption terminals, and amusement devices (pool tables, juke boxes, dart boards, etc.) to bars, restaurants, convenience stores, truck stops, and fraternal and veteran establishments across the country. SUMMARY
The Operations Manager has as its primary responsibility the management of the P&L and oversight of business operations for multiple regional facilities within the company and logistics strategies for a single facility. This role requires strong leadership skills to effectively manage teams, optimize processes, and ensure efficient flow of goods through the supply chain. Strategic Planning: Developing and implementing strategic plans and initiatives to optimize operational efficiency, improve performance, and achieve organizational goals. Project Management: Overseeing various aspects of operations to ensure efficiency, productivity, and successful completion of projects including planning, coordination, risk management, quality control, and budgeting. P&L Management: Oversee and optimize financial performance by effectively managing revenues, costs, expenses, and profitability. This involves strategic decision-making, budgeting, forecasting, and performance evaluation to ensure long-term success. Process Improvement: Identifying opportunities for process improvement, streamlining workflows, and implementing best practices to enhance operational effectiveness and productivity. Performance Monitoring : Monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) and operational metrics to track performance, identify areas for improvement, and drive continuous improvement efforts. Team Leadership and Development: Providing leadership, guidance, and support to operational teams, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous learning. Stakeholder Communication: Communicating with internal and external stakeholders, including senior management, department heads, and clients, to provide updates on operational performance, address concerns, and solicit feedback.
