This position provides hybrid telework opportunities, with employees required to work in-person at least two days per week. Under supervision of the Staff Services Manager III who oversees the CalCareer Services Team and ECOS Teams, incumbent is responsible for providing accurate information to the public regarding State civil service employment and examinations. Applies working knowledge of laws, rules, and CalHR policies in responding to inquiries and resolves the more difficult customer inquiries.
