As the Bakery Production Manager you are responsible for:

• Overseeing the production planning and execution in this high-volume kitchen 
• Leading a team of 50+ bakers
• Select, develop, and retain outstanding team members.
• Develop training and people development programs
• Develop strong working relationships with other aspects of the restaurant and retail operations

Great Bakery Production Manager or Supervisor Candidates bring:

• Experience in baking cakes, breads, doughnuts, pastries and desserts
• Experience in training, developing and managing a team of 50+ people
• Experience in production planning, forecasting and execution in a $5.0+ million revenue business
• Ability to produce consistent high-quality baked goods
• Ability to develop training programs and production processes
