Position Summary:

The Quality Assurance Technician conducts qualitative and quantitative testing of raw materials and finished goods for the company.

Position Responsibilities may include, but not limited to: 

  • Conduct qualitative and quantitative testing of beverages, syrups, and raw materials throughout the entire production process
  • Analyze syrup beverage and/or water attributes
  • Audit container rinsers, air blowers, filters, and coders to ensure proper operations
  • Conduct package quality inspection and quality audits and isolate product that does not meet standards
  • Receive and test CO2 and all raw materials prior to production process
  • Maintain highest possible housekeeping standards to prevent microbial contamination
  • Other projects or duties as assigned
Qualifications:

Required Skills and Experience: 

  • High School Diploma/GED and 0 to 1 plus years prior production/manufacturing or lab technician experience
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy skills
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Ability to read, write, and keep record
  • Good computer skills including literacy with Microsoft Excel and Word
  • Familiarity with lab safety and handling of hazardous materials
  • This position must pass a post-offer background and drug test

Preferred Skills and Experience: 

  • Food/beverage industry experience
