Restaurant GENERAL MANAGER Qualifications:

• At least one year of GM experience (strong AGMs will be considered as well)
• Valid Driver's License
• History of solid tenures (no more than two jobs in 5 years)
• Must be a people person with a welcoming demeanor
• Must have a desire to provide excellent customer service
• Hands-on leadership style with team mentality
• Understanding of financials, cost control, managing inventory and labor
