This position offers full remote work flexibility. **Service Areas of Focus**- Transportation - Tactical or logistical service offerings - Entertainment - Décor/event theming - Tours & Activities - Teambuilding Activities - Offsite Venue sourcing - Restaurants/Dine-Arounds - Professional Staffing - Gifting **Primary Responsibilities**- Work closely with Local Teams, Sales, Operations, and Production to develop compelling proposals and presentations in line with our creative process and brand standards. - Develop detailed quote line items, costing, and pricing aligned with program development vision, sales strategies, and client specifications. - Oversee complex quoting and budget development, identifying opportunities for efficiencies and cost savings across all events. - Review and edit proposals from supplier partners to ensure compliance with budget and company policies. - Conduct innovative product research and develop service offerings. - Collaborate on product development, standard operating procedures, and tools to enhance service delivery. - Cultivate and maintain business relationships with supplier/partners. - Participate in client engagement processes, site inspections, and presentations with regional teams. - Ensure templates, training, and curriculum for the role are current and available for team use. - Assist in developing educational sessions and materials for the team. - Contribute to company-wide and functional initiatives as assigned. - Perform other duties as required. **Qualifications**- Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experience. - 2 years of event experience preferred. - Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills. - Experience with process development and supporting materials. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel. - Strong multitasking and attention to detail. - Proven ability to work and lead in a team environment. - Working knowledge of venues, supplier/partners relationships, and sourcing. - Availability for evening and weekend hours as needed.
