Assistant Manager Qualifications:

• 1+ year as a manager in a full-service restaurant (breakfast experience a PLUS)
• Strong leadership skills with ability to hold employees accountable to standards
• Excellent communication skills
• Demonstrated success in P&L: ensuring cost control and driving profitability

Assistant Manager Responsibilities:

• Set the example for team member behavior
• Continuous training, motivating, and development of staff
• Ability to work late nights, weekends, holidays
• Ensure safety and sanitation standards
