WHAT YOU’LL DO  

 

As a Restaurant District Manager, you will expand on your success as a restaurant manager to oversee an assigned district of 7-10 store s , s upporting district o perations , monitoring individual store performance , and people development.  

 

District Operations  

  • Continually developing Restaurant Store Managers and hourly employees within the assigned district  
  • Ensuring compliance with established and new initiatives, policies, and procedures relating to operations, traffic, guest service, sales techniques , and more  
  • A n alyz ing district sales performance and trends with a focus on continuous improvement   
  • Partnering with the Retail District Manager to uphold overall company expectations of guest service, cleanliness , and policy  

 

Monitoring Store Performance  

  • Reviewing and analyzing your district’s Restaurant Manager performance.  
  • Developing plans to improve overall store performance.  
  • Monitors store sales and profit performance  
  • O bserv ing performance and adherence to operational processes and standards by visiting stores regularly  

 

WHAT YOU’LL NEED  

 

  • 10 years of successful restaurant management experience, or a combination of education and experience . 2 years of Cracker Barrel experience preferred.  
  • Ability and willingness to travel within your assigned district  
  • Ability and willingness to work holidays and weekends as needed  
  • A caring attitude with a dedication to hospitality  
  • Keen business acumen , including an understanding of profit, loss, restaurant growth and sales
