WHAT YOU’LL DO
As a Restaurant District Manager, you will expand on your success as a restaurant manager to oversee an assigned district of 7-10 store s , s upporting district o perations , monitoring individual store performance , and people development.
District Operations
- Continually developing Restaurant Store Managers and hourly employees within the assigned district
- Ensuring compliance with established and new initiatives, policies, and procedures relating to operations, traffic, guest service, sales techniques , and more
- A n alyz ing district sales performance and trends with a focus on continuous improvement
- Partnering with the Retail District Manager to uphold overall company expectations of guest service, cleanliness , and policy
Monitoring Store Performance
- Reviewing and analyzing your district’s Restaurant Manager performance.
- Developing plans to improve overall store performance.
- Monitors store sales and profit performance
- O bserv ing performance and adherence to operational processes and standards by visiting stores regularly
WHAT YOU’LL NEED
- 10 years of successful restaurant management experience, or a combination of education and experience . 2 years of Cracker Barrel experience preferred.
- Ability and willingness to travel within your assigned district
- Ability and willingness to work holidays and weekends as needed
- A caring attitude with a dedication to hospitality
- Keen business acumen , including an understanding of profit, loss, restaurant growth and sales
