Install, inspect, maintain, and repair a wide range of restaurant equipment including ovens, refrigerators, dishwashers, fryers, and HVAC systems.
Diagnose equipment malfunctions and perform troubleshooting to identify root causes.
Perform routine maintenance tasks to ensure equipment efficiency and longevity.
Order and replace parts as needed, following manufacturer specifications.
Keep detailed records of service calls, repairs, and maintenance tasks.
Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients, addressing their concerns and inquiries promptly and professionally.
Collaborate with other team members and departments to ensure seamless coordination and workflow. Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; vocational or technical training in HVAC, electrical, or mechanical systems is preferred.
Proven experience as a restaurant equipment technician or similar role.
Strong technical skills with the ability to diagnose and repair complex mechanical and electrical systems.
Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
