Searching for a Restaurant General Manager

Responsibilities • Supervise and manage day-to-day operations
• Guide, mentor, nurture, and instruct a team of over 100 employees
• Significant financial oversight and responsibility
• Maintain standards in guest satisfaction, health, and sanitation
• Proficiency in implementing efficient systems to propel, expand, and enhance the business
Requirements • 3-5+ years of experience as a General Manager in a high-volume, full-service restaurant with annual sales exceeding $8 million
• Demonstrates a high degree of professionalism and refinement
• Proven track record of working with corporate systems and maintaining a solid work history with esteemed, upscale restaurant groups
• Exceptional leadership skills, with capacity for adaptability and flexibility
• Proficient in financial management, cost control, and labor management
• Experience in launching new restaurant ventures is a valuable asset
