YOUR LIFE AS A RESTAURANT HOST - HOSTESS

This position can be full-time or part-time . Our full-time Restaurant Hosts - Hostesses typically work 4 PM - 10 PM , and part-time Restaurant Hosts - Hostesses work 4 PM - 10 PM shifts on weekdays , with 11 AM - 4 PM and 4 PM - 12 AM shifts on weekends .

As a Restaurant Host - Hostess, you are face of our food service establishment! As guests enter, you greet them cheerfully. Then, you ask them the size of their party and find an available table for them. If there are no tables available, you give the customers an estimated wait time. You take note of their name and number, and as they wait, you make sure to keep them updated. Additionally, you answer the phone, taking reservations and answering questions with ease. When reservations are coming up, you call the guest to confirm it. You love working directly with our customers and take pride in the part you play in our success!
