Human Resources Manager Responsibilities:

• Oversee all facets of Human Resources operations
• Develop and enforce company policies and procedures
• Manage employee relations, conduct performance reviews, and lead onboarding processes
• Coordinate leave systems including personal, FMLA, workers' compensation, and vacation days
• Provide HR counseling and support to management

Human Resources Manager Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years of HR experience in the hospitality sector
• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Hospitality Management, or related field
• Proven experience working with predominantly non-exempt employee populations
• Exceptional communication skills and a commitment to fostering a positive workplace environment
