Restaurant Manager- Brewery Concept

We are seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager to lead a team in a fun, high-energy environment.

The Restaurant Manager will help oversee the day-to-day operations of a high-volume concept alongside a team of tenured leadership that values work-life balance and culture!

Restaurant Mangager Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3+ years leadership experience in a full-service restaurant doing $5 million plus in sales.
• Knowledge of beer and local breweries in the Pacific Northwest, a plus.
• Ability to lead and motivate associates to provide quick and efficient service.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
