What You’ll Do:

Lead the Team

  • Build, cultivate, and lead a team with a people-first mentality.

  • Continuously learn and passionately share Red Robin standards and culture with managers and team members.

  • Foster the teams career growth and cross-training opportunities.

  • Lead with integrity and hold team members accountable while adhering to company policies.

Run It Like You Own It

  • Independently identify business opportunities and implement strategies for sustained improvement and growth.

  • Own team development, drive results, manage P&L, and ensure timely execution of tasks.

  • Define and delegate AORs (Area of Responsibilities) for managers and provide consistent, timely feedback through meetings, etc.

  • Attract, hire, and develop a pipeline of leaders to ensure proper management and hourly staffing for the business.

  • Excel at executing all FOH and BOH functions in order to supervise team members.

Unbridled Hospitality

  • Engage with the community to drive loyalty, sales, and excitement in the brand.

  • Prioritize guest satisfaction and handle concerns professionally.

  • Take ownership of exceptional guest satisfaction by leading and empowering our Management, FOH, and BOH teams to exceed guest expectations through Red Robin hospitality standards.

Delivering up Awesome American Food

  • Ensure compliance with all food safety and security procedures.

  • Oversee timely completion of preventative maintenance and repairs by approved vendors while staying within monthly budget.

  • Partner with your management team on FOH and BOH operations to ensure success in all Red Robin service and kitchen standards.

Qualifications:

Required

  • Must be 21 years of age

  • 2 years of management experience

  • Open Availability (including but not limited to nights, weekends, holidays)

  • Reliable transportation

  • Strong communication and exceptional leadership skills. Ability to motivate, inspire, and develop a passionate team dedicated to execution, hospitality, and service

  • Strong P&L knowledge

  • Able to obtain required certifications/permits as required by state/local law

  • Working knowledge in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, Word, etc.

Preferred

  • Knowledgeable of local and State health codes

  • Experience with Workday, Aloha, NBO, and Hot schedules

  • Experience managing a team

Physical Requirements:

  • Lifting to 10lbs frequently and up to 50lbs occasionally; Lifting overhead frequently.

  • Color and depth perception required for vision. Needs both near and far vision.

  • Twists and reaches regularly. Grasps objects to move or manipulate them frequently.

  • Stand and walk constantly.

  • Listen to and comprehend Team Members and guests over background and equipment noise.

  • Frequent hand washing required.

  • Exposure to cleaning chemicals, heat and a/c, and freezer.

  • Expect to work with computers, iPad technology for inventory, calculators, copy machines, printers, desk supplies, cash drawers, food products and cooking equipment.

  • Must wear personal protective equipment as required by Red Robin and or mandated by local Health and Safety Departments.

Compensation Range: $60,800.00 - $83,600.00
