Senior Sales Representative
A Senior Sales Representative is largely a client-facing role and requires both strategic long-term thinking and short-term execution and support. We are looking for an outstanding Cannabis Sales Representative who is a strategic sales professional with a solid track record of growth. A highly motivated individual with problem solving acumen, the ability to multitask and prioritize to hit sales targets and achieve goals is a must. This person will be primarily working toward our goal of maximizing sales in their assigned area and building client relationships with each account.
As a member of our rapidly growing sales team, you will be responsible for generating brand awareness by expanding our products in our traditional markets (Smoke Shops, Tobacco Store, Hemp/CBD Stores, Convenience locations, Dispensaries, Grocery Stores) with an emphasis on finding B2B (wholesalers and master distributors) servicing these locations. You will also get to explore expanding our presence in alternative markets such as barbershops, yoga studios, bars, restaurants, music venues, etc. The ideal candidate must be a natural communicator, a people person, and comfortable closing sales and negotiating.
As a technology-focused company, the Account Manager must have the same mindset and will learn and use our HubSpot based software to organize and improve the data we collect in the field.

Responsibilities:
1. Ability to occasionally travel to meet customers / clients within territory and attend sales events or exhibits.
2. Ability to set and meet goals within structured time frames
3. Able to work in a fast-paced environment and the flexibility to adapt to change as needed
4. Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
5. Acts as a resource to customers/dispensaries in contract opportunities, proposals, marketing plans, and
merchandising strategies
6. Answers questions from customers/dispensaries and handles complaints
7. Appropriately communicate brands identities
8. At least 21 years of age and authorized to work in the US and willing to submit to a background
check/fingerprint clearance.
9. Attend periodic sales training when applicable.
10. Becomes actively involved in dispensary sales orientations and training programs
11. Checks on competitive activity and develops new methods of attaining accounts and assisting resellers in attaining new accounts
12. Consistently pursue and utilize deep knowledge of cannabis market demands, trends, and competitors
to effectively translate them into winning business strategies and tactics
13. Documenting visit and call notes in our CRM.
14. Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
15. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
16. Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines
17. Excellent verbal and written communication skills
18. Identify decision makers within targeted leads to begin the sales process.
19. Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to close and customer service thereafter.
20. May be required to lift, pull or push 50+ pounds in boxes, plants, tools, and various heavy equipment.
Standing or sitting for long periods of time may be required
21. Must have reliable transportation
22. Network and regularly participate in industry related trade shows, conferences and meetings when
needed
23. Overcome objections of prospective customers.
24. Provide up-to-date product menus for customers to select from.
25. Performs other job-related duties and responsibilities as needed
26. Reach out to customer leads through cold calling.
27. Reach out to Vape shops, head shops, independent grocery stores, health food stores, gyms,
chiropractors etc.
28. Regularly scheduled visits to both current and prospective clients
29. Research accounts, identify key players and generate interest.
30. Service existing accounts, obtain orders, and establish new accounts by planning and organizing daily
work schedules to call on existing or potential sales outlets.
31. Setting up in store promotion activations and bud tender educations
32. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
33. Strong supervisory and leadership skills
34. Supports Brand Ambassadors and ensuring their events are created and have proper execution
35. Troubleshoots problems regarding products provided
