A highly regarded and storied resturant in Echo Park is looking for serving staff to join our team. Must be able to deliver a fine dining expirence with a warm and friendly tone.  DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS
Minimum 3-year experience in a high volume, upscale casual/fine dining setting
Passion for food & beverage with a desire to continue expanding knowledge
Technical proficiency in restaurant POS 
Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate with guests and colleagues.
Excellent customer service skills
Warm and hospitable demeanor
Strong spirits, wine, and beer knowledge a must
Open availability, including weekends and holidays
CA Food Handlers and Responsible Alcohol Service Certification are required.
