Aventino Cucina Romana, Chef Mike Friedman’s ode to Roman-Italian cuisine, is seeking a
dedicated Sous Chef for the opening of this exciting new restaurant! Focusing on the simplicity
and delight of Roman-influenced food and drink, the menus will center on seasonal produce,
Italian traditions and innovation. The ideal candidate will have at least one (1) year experience
in kitchen management and a desire to learn and grow. Basic knife skills are required. Lots of
hands on education such as pasta production, bread production, salumi production, plating
