Sr. Project Manager

We are an established midwestern commercial General Contractor that has recently expanded out here to Arizona. Our Scottsdale division has been steadily growing for a few years now, and we need another experienced Project Manager to lead these coming projects through to completion! If you're a Senior level Project Manager with extensive restaurant, commercial, retail, and/or hospitality experience, we'd love to speak with you!

What You Will Be Doing

You will have the chance to lead fast-paced, ground-up restaurant projects around the Phoenix/Scottsdale areas. You'll be well-supported by experienced and seasoned professionals, while overseeing some of our less experienced PMs. As the Senior Project Manager, you will be responsible for planning, organizing, and managing construction projects -- sometimes multiple ones at once -- to ensure they run smoothly and are completed on time and within budget. This will include overseeing project progress, managing personnel, creating and monitoring timelines, and resolving any issues that arise.

What You Need for this Position

This is a senior level position, and we are looking for someone with a lot of experience in ground-up construction -- preferably with a Commercial General Contractor. To be successful in it, you'll likely need to have at least a handful of ground-up restaurant projects in under your belt.  Desired Qualifications: 
- Experience in a Lead/Senior PM position highly preferred
- Solid Procore Skills
- 10+ years in construction
- Extensive scheduling experience is a must (P6 Primavera experience preferred)
- Extensive ground-up construction project experience
- Experience on restaurant, hospitality and similar style projects highly preferred
