Position Overview: We are looking for a Tax Senior/Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the preparation of individual, business, and non-profit tax returns and assisting with tax planning. This position requires excellent organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Office is based in Tuscon, AZ

Key Responsibilities:

• Preparation of all types of tax returns including individual, business, partnerships, S-Corp, 1065, 1120, 1120S, 1041, 1040, 990
• Developing and maintaining relationships with clients and ensuring superior client service
• Researching complex tax issues
• Assisting with tax planning
• Resolving tax issues with the IRS and other taxing authorities
• Providing support to other team members

Qualifications:

• CPA/EA license required, or willingness to obtain
• Experience in tax preparation and tax planning
• Knowledge of taxation of individuals, businesses, non-profits, 
• Experience with the following industries is STRONGLY desire: real estate, construction, health care, manufacturing, restaurants, retail
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
• Strong attention to detail
