Training Manager

We are looking for a self motivated Training Manager to help assist the owner with onboarding, and orientation of new hires for our three stores, as well helping stores succeed in each area of operations. This job wears multiple hats to include, Training, Onboarding, Orientation, creating and implementing forms such as cleaning checklists, assist the Owner with Marketing, social media, as well as day to day management of designated shifts, supervising employees, and ensuring that our customers receive outstanding service. The Training Manager's responsibilities include creating a shift schedule, dealing with HR, delegating tasks, handling cash, and reporting any issues to the manager.

Responsibilities:

• Supervising employees, assigning duties, and creating a shift schedule.
• Monitoring team performance and ensuring duties are performed efficiently.
• Reporting any issues that arise during the shift to management.
• Managing employee time off requests and any transgressions.
• Ensuring compliance with company policies, health, and safety standards.
• Coaching team members and training new staff.
• Opening and closing registers, accounting for the daily intake, and preparing cash deposits.
• Handling customer issues and employee disputes.

Requirements:

• High school diploma/GED.
• Previous experience as a Training Manager or in a similar role in the restaurant industry.
• Experience creating shift schedules.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills.
• Confident problem-solver.
• Team player.
• Experience in Excel, Facebook, Instagram, and Word.
