0600 start 2-8's and 2 10-hour shifts Monday- Friday = 72 hours per pay plus on call weeknight, weekend, and holiday rotation. Float to Main OR when case volume is low. Minimum of 18 months recent CVOR experience. Minimum of 18 months perm CVOR experience prior to travel MUST HAVE PERM OHIO LICENSE OR COMPACT STATE IN HAND **AHA BLS required **MUST have Epic experience *TWO recent references from a manager, ANM, supervisor or director in the specialty applying for are REQUIRED to qualify for submission. Orientation time (32-40hrs) will be paid at 50% of base hourly rate. PBDS Assessment waived. ECG rhythm recognition test and safeMedicate will be completed during orientation, an acceptable score on both assessments is required. Traveler must work at least every other holiday.
