FTE: 0.01, Shift: on-call weekend coverage Schedule: varies Salary Range: $65.20-$88.43 hourly Called-In (per day) $865.00, Stand-Vy (per day) $125.00 Position Summary MultiCare Health System Behavioral Health is seeking an experienced mental health Nurse Practitioner to join our well-established, thriving and comprehensive practice. Our team provides high quality psychiatric services to an adult population from 18-59 years of age. We have satellite offices throughout Pierce County and the South Puget Sound region. Join our highly skilled, compassionate staff providing effective services that restore hope and help individuals and families get back onto the path toward achieving their life goals. This is an opportunity to be fully engaged with patient care and join a close knit, collegial and supportive team of providers. Requirements

• Certified psychiatric ARNP or D-ARNP
• Licensed in the state of WA by the time of employment
• Minimum 1-3 years clinical experience providing direct patient care with geriatric population
• Experience working in long-term care setting – Skilled Nursing Facility preferred
• DEA, NPI & prescriptive authority
• Current BLS for Healthcare Providers certification by the American Heart Association
• Maintain a valid Washington State Motor Vehicle License

Pay and Benefit Expectations MultiCare provides a comprehensive benefits package, including competitive salary, medical, dental and retirement benefits and paid time off. As required by various pay transparency laws, MultiCare shares a competitive range of compensation for candidates hired into each position. The starting pay for this position is $65.20 and the pay scale is $65.20 - $88.43 USD. However, pay is influenced by factors specific to applicants, including but not limited to: skill set, level of experience, and certification(s) and/or education. If this position is associated with a union contract, pay will be reflective of the appropriate step on the pay scale to which the applicant’s years of experience align.
