Key responsibilities;

• Build your network by connecting and identifying the best candidates and clients in your market.
• Successfully manage and organise the entire recruitment life cycle
• Negotiate, organise and finalise arrangements between candidates and clients
• Sign terms (Retainer, Product Solution, Contingent) with new clients and develop existing client relationship further
• Achieve high level of calls, activity and business development
• Use our database and tools effectively to track your progress
• Become visible on LinkedIn by posting relevant market information and job adverts.
• Maintain behaviour in line with Company expectations in terms of conduct, effort, drive and input
