Hours and Compensation Potential:

-Full-time position.

-Compensation ranges from $51K to $75K depending on experience.

-Comprehensive benefits package included.

What We're Looking For:

-Bachelor's or Master's degree in a mental health field such as counseling, social work, or music therapy.

-License, registration, and/or certification appropriate to the field.

-Knowledge of DSM-V diagnosis.

What You'll Be Doing:

-Conduct therapy assessments and provide group and individual therapy to inpatient psychiatric patients of all ages.

-Complete documentation accurately and within specified time frames.

-Cross-train as appropriate and contribute to various department needs.

-Assess patient strengths and needs, delegating tasks to Mental Health Technicians as necessary.

-Participate in outpatient behavioral health services and conduct group therapy sessions.

-Work collaboratively within a multi-disciplinary treatment team.
