Minimum Qualifications:

• A minimum of seven (7) years of business experience.
• Requires prior management, supervisory or team leader experience.
• Experience evaluating resistance in adopting change at the user, process, and technology level.
• Experience reviewing and providing quality assurance of deliverables.
• Problem solving and analytical skills.
• Project, time, and people management skills.

Strong communication skills, both written and oral, with technical and non-technical staff, at all levels of management.

Candidate must be local or nearby to Florida and with FX Program knowledge in Human Service/Healthcare experience.
