You will be responsible for conducting assessments, developing behavior intervention plans, and implementing evidence-based behavioral interventions.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate behavioral needs
• Develop individualized behavior intervention plans
• Implement evidence-based behavioral interventions and strategies
• Collect and analyze data to evaluate intervention effectiveness
• Provide training and consultation to caregivers, educators, and other professionals
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to provide coordinated care
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation

Requirements

• Board Certification as a Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
• Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or related field
• Minimum of 2-3 years of experience as a BCBA
• Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities and behavioral challenges
• Excellent knowledge of behavior analysis principles and techniques
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficient in data collection and analysis
• Passion for making a positive impact on the lives of others
