Work Schedule: Ally designates roles as (1) fully on-site, (2) hybrid, or (3) fully remote. Hybrid roles are generally expected to be in the office a certain number of days per week as indicated by your manager. The Opportunity

The Commercial Services Group partners with our Dealers to offer business vehicle financing for our commercial customers. This role assists the CSG Team with day-to-day tasks supporting Underwriting, Credit Lines, and Sales.

The Work Itself

• Data entry and updating records with high accuracy.
• Contacting dealers and/or customers that have maturing ComTRAC leases to review end of lease options.
• Partnering with Servicing Team to actively prevent losses for ComTRAC leases.
• Provide account updates to Remarketing Team and Sales Team.
• Prepare and route weekly title follow-up reports.
• Assist in title follow up with dealers.
• Data entry of Pre-Approved Credit line information into the system of records with high accuracy.
• Administrative duties such as assisting in New Hire Onboarding, complete forms in accordance with company procedures.
• Assist Underwriting, Credit Line, and Sales with necessary tasks to relieve burden and provide better customer service to our dealers/customers.

The Skills You Bring

• • Entry Level ( No Exp Required).
  • Bachelor's degree in business or related may be used as a proxy for the experience.
  • HS diploma or equivalent required.
  • Experience in financial services or similar industry.
  • Performs clerical, administrative and technically based activities and/or supporting tasks.
  • Typically requires intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office programs.
  • Intermediate written and oral communication skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines in fast paced environment.
