The Contract Analyst manages all phases of the contracting process from contract initiation to closeout for various contracts to include provider contracts, hospital transfer agreements, rotation agreements, students and residents. Serves as the central point of contact for all physician contracts to include working closely with the Chief Operating Officer, physicians, finance, compliance, and legal departments to insure all contracts and agreements including physician contracts and agreements are in compliance with all legal governmental and regulatory requirements.
Bachelor's degree or Associates Degree with equivalent job related experience.
Five years experience in contract management and/or legal services.
Ability to develop plan and deliver multiple projects simultaneously with minimal direction.
Demonstrated experience utilizing electronic database tools.
Exceptional proofreading, writing and editing skills.
Advanced Microsoft Office skills specifically Outlook, PowerPoint, Word and Excel.
Consistently exhibits a high level of professionalism and advanced critical thinking skills to solve problems independently.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Health Care Administration or pre-law field of study.
Five years of experience in an acute care or multi-specialty healthcare setting.
Previous experience in health law.
Health law terminology and legal document management systems.
Finance invoicing.
