Minimum Education & Experience : BS/BA Degree required, MBA or MHA preferred

Minimum of 5 years of experience in hospital setting, with an emphasis in either staffing/ productivity or accounting/finance preferred; Working knowledge of general ledger accounting

Working knowledge of financial systems; Strong technical knowledge; Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel; Good communication and presentation skills, both oral and written; Skilled in various analytical tools and techniques; Ability to gather, organize and interpret data, to identify discrepancies, problems, or issues, and obtain advice when precedents are unclear or unavailable
