Counselor

PAY: $14-$16 Based on experience. "Weekly Pay" Available Shifts – Monday – Friday 7-3pm / 3-11pm
Weekend shift 7am-7pm 12-hour shifts. Hard skills / character traits – Communication, Empathetic, Professional , Psychological

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least one year of work experience, preferably in direct healthcare or related field.
• Compassionate and empathetic demeanor.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
• Willingness to undergo training and maintain documentation standards

your primary responsibility will be to provide direct care and therapeutic support to chemically dependent women and their children. You'll work closely with clients, offering guidance, supervision, and assistance with daily living skills. Your dedication will contribute to the efficiency and effectiveness of our programming, ultimately enhancing the well-being of those we serve.
