A Custodial Staff contributes to AHF's mission by presenting a friendly attitude to tenants Healthy Housing Foundation locations. Within their duties of providing cleaning services to applicable facilities this position has the opportunity to give stand out service that enhances the reputation of AHF. In addition, better cleaning service will increase AHF's ability to serve more clients.

 

Reliability in the handling assigned cleaning services enhances the operations of Healthy Housing Foundation overall.

 

The Custodial Staff can enhance the experience of other employees by being friendly and helpful and by offering to give them a helping hand when they need it. In addition, giving feedback to their manager about how service could be improved will allow the team member to enhance their contribution.

 

The Custodial Staff adds consistent value to the HHF by adapting to various situations with ease and by being flexible.
