Position Summary:
Full-Time Customer Service Representative (CSR) available for our Managed Care Department located in Vancouver - Fourth Plain area. In this position you will be assisting patients to access & establish medical care, and other related services. Under the direction of the Managed Care Department Head, will pro-actively contact customers, assist in scheduling their initial appointment, answer questions regarding online application processes, and provide linkage to various services and programs.
The qualified applicant must have strong multi-tasking skills and exceptional customer service experience, excellent communication skills and the ability to operate with a high level of professionalism. In addition must demonstrate strong time-management, organizational skills and be detail oriented. The CSR is expected to have a strong work ethic, exercise good judgment, maintain strict confidentiality, and have the ability to work both independently and as part of a team. The CSR must also be able to work in a fast paced environment and meet established goals and deadlines
