Lead and manage the delivery of IT projects and services for clients, ensuring that they desired functionality and value to the company
Partner with the technical delivery teams to drive the end-to-end project execution and assist in resolving blockers
Coordinate and communicate with the clients, stakeholders, and internal teams, providing regular updates, feedback, and guidance
Ensure that the project deliverables are aligned with the strategy and desired outcomes
Propose ideas to improve project delivery as a whole, to ensure consistent on time, on budget, quality project delivery
Provide coaching, mentoring, and support to the project team members, and foster a collaborative and positive work environment
Contribute to the business development, proposal writing, and contract negotiation activities
Stay updated with the latest IT trends, best practices, and technologies, and apply them to the project delivery
Participate and/or lead large or complex technical projects

Proven track record of delivering complex IT projects and services on time, within budget, and with high quality
Strong knowledge of IT project management methodologies, tools, and frameworks, such as Agile, Scrum, Kanban, Waterfall, etc.
Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire the project team and stakeholders.
Advanced PC proficiency
Basic proficiency in spreadsheet, database, flow charting, and word processing software
