Design Architect

Our client is currently seeking a Design Architect. Job Duties:

• Manage the design direction and development of technical drawings for Healthcare projects.
• Create budges, schedules and meet deadlines.
• Create Markups for project engineers, drafters, and intern Architects.
• Design presentations and meet with clients.

:

• BS degree in Architecture and/or Masters (plus)
• Knowledge of building codes, industry trends and building structures
• Proficient in Revit, Sketchup and Adobe Creative Suite
• Strong communication skills

:

• Architectural License
• LEED/WELL AP certification

:

• $80 100K, depending on experience
