The Role: As a Director of Behavioral Health, you'll be at the forefront of strategic planning, management, and coordination of our behavioral health programs and services. Key Responsibilities: Lead the overall operations of our behavioral health program with a focus on excellence and innovation.
Foster a positive work environment by providing leadership, support, and mentorship to our dedicated team of nurses and staff.
Collaborate with stakeholders to develop and implement strategic plans that promote quality services and financial sustainability.
Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and accreditation requirements.
Participate in providing direct patient care as needed, maintaining a hands-on approach to leadership.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and service delivery.
Qualifications: Master's Degree in Nursing (Bachelor's degree preferred)
Licensure in the State of Nevada
5 years of leadership experience in behavioral health
7 years of experience in the field
