As a Director, HRBP for Corporate Functions, you will play a crucial role in leading the Human Resources activities for the Finance, Business Development, and Global Location Strategies teams. You will provide strategic support to over seven Vice Presidents and additional senior leadership, focusing on global and operational complexities. Your role involves being the primary HR point of contact for Corporate Functions, delivering on people-related initiatives and fostering cross-functional collaboration with internal and external stakeholders. This position offers a unique opportunity to tackle complex HR challenges in a fast-paced environment, offering strategic and operational support to achieve business objectives and enhance organizational effectiveness. You will guide leaders through change, fostering a culture of high performance and engagement. Key Responsibilities
Lead and partner on leadership development, talent management, compensation strategies, and organizational design initiatives.
Drive people leadership responsibilities through direct reporting and strategic projects.
Utilize data and insights to provide consultation on HR and business issues, promoting positive organizational change.
Champion a high-performing, engaged culture and lead talent management processes.
Collaborate on diversity, inclusion, and belonging strategies to ensure alignment with corporate goals.
Support talent acquisition efforts to attract and retain top talent.
Lead large-scale organizational changes by partnering across functions and therapeutic areas.
Contribute to HR team effectiveness by sharing knowledge and best practices. What We're Looking For Basic Qualifications: Doctorate degree and 4 years of Human Resources experience OR
Master's degree and 7 years of Human Resources experience OR
Bachelor's degree and 9 years of Human Resources experience Preferred Qualifications: Advanced degree (MBA or Master's) in organizational development, management, human resources, or related field.
10+ years of HR experience in a dynamic, technical, or pharmaceutical biotech environment.
Demonstrated success in a similar HRBP role at the Director level.
Comprehensive understanding of HR disciplines.
Proven track record of developing strategic solutions to business challenges.
