What will you do as a Director of Social Services

• C ounsel residents and coordinat e any necessary psyche services.
• P articipate in behavior meetings, and coordinating room changes
• K eep accurate records for each resident you work with, including MDS logs, and report any changes in a resident's condition to the nursing department immediately

What you need as a Director of Social Services

• Previous experience in a long term care facility required
• Bachelor's degree in Social Work or related field
