As a key member of our recruitment team, you will dive into the process of finding and engaging primarily clinical, behavioral health, nursing, and ancillary professional talent. Key Responsibilities Lead the charge in direct sourcing efforts across a variety of healthcare roles, including primary care, behavioral health, nursing, and ancillary professionals, with an emphasis on positions tied to federal government contracts. Engage in direct sourcing for roles in project management, IT, quality management, data analytics, training, workforce development, and medical staff for overseas deployment. Cultivate and maintain relationships with a pool of candidates through continuous, targeted communication and engagement strategies. Guarantee a positive experience for candidates during interviews and site visits. Collaborate closely with management to understand hiring needs and provide regular updates. Contribute to the creation and execution of innovative lead generation strategies. Requirements A minimum of 3 years' experience in healthcare recruitment, preferably with experience in staffing for government contracts. Strong recruitment background in physician, clinician, nursing, and ancillary roles; additional experience in behavioral health, healthcare IT, program management, and/or biomedical research is advantageous. Exceptional communication and negotiation skills. Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of thriving in a fast-paced environment. Self-starter with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, with a knack for delivering excellent customer service. Knowledge of current federal/state employment regulations (e.g., EEOC, OFCCP) and general HR practices. Proficiency in MS Office Suite.
