Key Responsibilities: Crafting Compensation Solutions: Collaborate with our HR leadership to develop innovative compensation policies and program guidelines that empower our team members and drive organizational success. Guidance and Support: Provide expert guidance and interpretation of compensation policies and programs, ensuring clarity and consistency across all levels of the organization. Job Evaluation and Enhancement: Conduct thorough evaluations of job levels, update job descriptions, and participate in salary surveys to ensure our compensation strategies align with industry standards and best practices. Data-Driven Insights: Utilize your analytical skills to perform benchmarking reviews, analyze data trends, and formulate actionable recommendations to enhance our compensation and benefit offerings. Compliance and Accuracy: Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and maintain data integrity within our HR systems, working closely with our HR Information Specialist. Collaborative Projects: Partner with our Chief Human Resources Officer on consortium-wide compensation initiatives, driving meaningful change and contributing to our organization's growth. Qualifications: Passion for Healthcare: Bring your enthusiasm for the healthcare industry and a desire to make a positive impact on the lives of our team members and the communities we serve. Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in compensation-related roles within the healthcare sector, with a solid understanding of industry-specific practices. Education: Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience required. Certifications: Preferred certifications include Certified Compensation Professional (CCP), Professional in Human Resources (PHR), Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR), or Global Professional in Human Resources (GPHR). Skills and Abilities: Analytical Skills: Strong analytical abilities with a keen eye for detail, coupled with the ability to compile, interpret, and present data effectively. Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts in a clear and concise manner. Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in MS Word, Outlook, and advanced Excel skills, including VLOOKUP and pivot tables. Experience with HRIS systems is a plus.
