Position Purpose: As a member of the Fidelis NJ Health plan PMO Team, you'll play a crucial role in driving process improvement initiatives and fostering collaboration within our organization. This remote position will occasionally require in-person meetings. Key Responsibilities: Manage the full project life cycle, from requirements gathering to project execution, deployment, and closure. Utilize industry-standard project management tools and techniques to effectively manage projects. Assist in establishing and maintaining corporate project management methodologies and department procedures. Maintain detailed project documentation, including meeting minutes, action items, and risk management plans. Effectively communicate project status to stakeholders and negotiate with them to identify resources and mitigate risks. Coordinate cross-functional meetings to meet stakeholder expectations and company objectives. Provide functional and technical knowledge across multiple business and technical areas. Monitor the creation of project deliverables to ensure adherence to quality standards. Create and communicate project milestone documents, dashboards, and departmental success metrics. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience. 3+ years of project management experience. Experience working with diverse groups in matrix managed environments. Proficiency with project management tools such as MS Project and MS Office applications. Healthcare experience preferred. PMP or CAPM certification preferred.
